Marketplace: A Shopper’s Haven
Showcase your products in the Marketplace, where fairgoers can discover unique finds and shop a variety of businesses. We welcome artisans, crafters, and boutiques offering Western fashion, accessories, home décor, bath and body products, handcrafted goods, and more. If your business brings something special to the shopping experience, we encourage you to apply!
Food Vendors: Bring Your Flavor to the Fair
Help us serve up something for every appetite! We’re looking for food and beverage vendors offering classic fair favorites, unique dishes, local specialties, refreshing drinks, and sweet treats. Bring your signature flavors and help make dining a highlight of the Douglas County Fair & Rodeo.
Vendor Opportunities & Application Process
We offer outdoor food and beverage vendor spaces, along with indoor retail, artisan, and exhibit spaces in our Expo Hall. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; however, submitting an application does not guarantee a space. New applicants are evaluated based on product or service uniqueness, display quality and professionalism, overall presentation, experience, space availability, and suitability for the available location. Once a vendor category is full, additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
